J. Černovská at 2011 World Championships - junior bodyfitness

Our expedition flew from Prague airport on Thursday 24 11th 2011 at 14:25. The path for me was very difficult because I still didn't have any carbs.

From the beginning it was fine, but in the plane started a headache. The hotel we got up around 9 o'clock in the evening, we stayed and had dinner, where I finally got my first carbs (approx. 70 g).

Checking the form was on Friday morning before breakfast. We had a whole day free so we all went through to the beach and shoot some photos. Evening was the presentation where I also learned that I have the semifinals and finals on Saturday. On Friday I gave about 400 grams of carbohydrates without any fluid intake, but still I was happy.

Saturday finally arrived and grew increasingly nervous. After breakfast I walked slowly prepare (depicting, comb, fine-tune the color of skin, etc.). Plants were then in total slip, so we had enough time for everything. Finally, our category went to perform on stage. I was very nervous and tied up while I was sorry that semifinal round lasted only a little while, and that the hall was empty.

Soon it was the finale, where we perform the T-walk followed by a final posturing. The races were over, and now I just wait for the verdict of the jury. Followed the announcement of where I stood in the final pair of Czech representative Michaela Podneckou.

Even today, I burst out into tears when I think of how to declare, that I first placed me. This feeling I can not even describe because everyone must experience it yourself.

Of course, even then still struggle followed by the absolute world champion, who won the Slovak Adela Onrejovičová. After the race I was finally able to eat, which for me was probably the greatest reward:)

The evening was still smaller party, but as we all were pretty tired, so we had a larger celebration banquet on Sunday, which was perfect ending of championship and I really liked it. Journey back to the Czech Republic was without complications and about 14h so we landed at Prague.
